Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth
in your pain, but only if it's first brought out into the open.
– Steven Aitchison
People talk about physical fitness, but mental health is equally important. I see people suffering, and their families feel a sense of shame about it, which doesn't help. One needs support and understanding. I am now working on an initiative to create awareness about anxiety and depression and help people.

.This is a sincere endeavour to spread awareness about health concerns originating from our day to day encounters with difficulties and issues. Our distinct and individual characteristics, and patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour are due to the personal differences which make us human being. These individual differences influence our reactions towards people, circumstances, situations and stimuli. These interactions accumulate and precipitate as personal experiences which further add to our personalities and shape our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. These personal experiences are not always positive and sometimes our perception of these interactions is distorted, which leads to unsynchronized mind- body balance.
Here is a platform to reach out for help to someone who won’t judge, maintains confidentiality, will respect your individuality, is compassionate towards your issues and has the commitment to remove inhibitions, stigmas and heal the scars caused by personal experiences.
Many people have apprehensions about seeking help, but here, you experience a safe, understanding environment while obtaining necessary intervention.
Your emotions are important. So are you.
Mental Healthcare Act 2017
Mental Healthcare is the basic right that a government can provide to it's citizens. The present healthcare system is overburdened and less equipped to handle the ever increasing burden of mental illnesses. The society and health infrastructure needs revamping and rejuvenation to accept the reality of mental illnesses and fight to spread awareness as well as support for this cause.
Mental health care bill which will be implemented from July 2018 is a step in this direction.
